- All bookings are confirmed once a deposit or confirmation payment is received.
- Full payment must be completed before or upon treatment completion.
- Prices and offers are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Medical Disclaimer
All treatments are carried out by licensed dental professionals. Results may vary based on individual dental conditions. Pre-treatment consultations and medical assessments are required to ensure suitability.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled appointment.
- Deposits may be non-refundable if preparations or materials have been ordered.
- Refunds for treatment dissatisfaction will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
5. Travel Assistance
Bella Dental Istanbul offers assistance with travel and hotel bookings as a complimentary service. The clinic is not responsible for any issues related to airline delays, visa rejections, or hotel policies.
6. Liability
While we strive for excellence in care, Bella Dental Istanbul is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, including travel costs, post-treatment issues arising from non-compliance, or delayed aftercare visits.

8. Governing Law
